Please bear with me as I have been away at the National for a little over a week! Just returned from Lisle, Illinois and had a blast!
GREAT LAKES PUG CLUB hosted 2 Regional Specialties leading up to the PDCA National Competition.
At the 1st Regional Specialty of the 2021 Pug Dog Club of America's National Specialty, put on by the Great Lakes Pug Club, Toy Specialist Judge Jeffrey Bazell awarded Buzz Best Veteran and an Award of Merit. Thank you to Judge Jeffery Bazell for the wonderful comments on Buzz...I am truly humbled as his breeder.
There were so many quality dogs in the ring and I would like to Congratulate ALL the winners throughout the week!
Harmony's Show Me The Money "Cuba" was 4th in the Bred-by Exhibitor Class at both Regional Shows (Judges J. Bazell and P. McManus). He was 3rd place in the same class at The National. (Breeder/Judge: Jim Tomsic)
Harmony's Once Upon A Dream "Mal/Maleficent" was 2nd in the Bred-by Exhibitor Class at The National under Breeder/Judge Jim Tomsic.
Buzz was 2nd in his 9-11 year old Veterans class at the Regional #2 and the National. I think he really enjoyed being back in the ring after an 8 year hiatus!
I would like to Congratulate ALL the Winners and most of all Thank the Great Lakes Pug Club AND our National Club for putting on an Amazing week of Pug Competition! I am slowly unpacking and catching up on emails! I'm already excited for next year in CHEYENNE, WYOMING!!
